Tower Bersama Infrastructure bags Fast-Track Deployment of the Year - Indonesia at Asian Telecom Awards

It has delivered 68,000 FTTH within four months after the operator released the order.

Telecom tower provider Tower Bersama Infrastructure has secured the Fast-Track Deployment of the Year - Indonesia category win at the recently held Asian Telecom Awards 2024 for its swift Fibre-to-the-House (FTTH) delivery that has been widely recognised.

The company received an order in September 2023 from an operator to deliver 68,000 FTTH Home Passes to be deployed within four months.

This led the Tower Bersama Infrastructure to do desktop analysis on the Home Pass potential in cluster-level, network design for distribution network, project delivery for Home Pass deployment, equipment management & delivery, and operationalisation of distributed network & home connection.

To ensure that this target is met, the company employed several strategies and methods such as agile methodologies, using lighter poles for distribution network inside the clusters, full digitalisation, and a daily war room to close out pending items and overcome obstacles in implementations.

Fortunately, it has succeeded to deploy the Home Pass within four months despite being relatively new in the business. The first ready-for-sale of Home Pass has also been delivered within 60 days after the release of order.
