Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. received an accolade in the B2B Client Initiative of the Year - Philippines category at the Asian Telecom Awards 2026 for its Elevating Connections programme, which was executed as a structured series of enterprise engagements across the Philippines. The recognition reflected documented performance across lead generation, event attendance, and post-event satisfaction, based on tracked results from activities conducted in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
The Elevating Connections programme was developed as a B2B engagement platform focused on direct interaction with enterprise and public sector decision-makers. Sessions were conducted in multiple cities and organised around industry-specific discussions, covering manufacturing, education, public sector, supply chain, hospitality, and retail. Each engagement addressed defined operational topics such as connectivity requirements, cybersecurity considerations, cloud usage, IPTV, and infrastructure planning, with content curated based on regional and sector profiles.
Audience turnout exceeded the initial target of 60% benchmark across events, with average attendance recorded at 63% approximately. Marketing Qualified Leads reached their highest recorded level during the programme period, indicating alignment between audience selection, discussion topics, and follow-up activity. Selected events also met or surpassed internal sales conversion indicators, linking engagement activity with downstream commercial outcomes.
Post-event surveys confirmed the programme’s strong impact. Average overall satisfaction was high, with 83% of attendees giving a 5-star rating for session pacing and discussion, and 85% awarding 5 stars for topic relevance. These results highlight how thoughtful design and engaging content can truly resonate with participants. Attendees also valued smaller group discussions, which allowed for direct exchanges with peers and subject-matter specialists—particularly when addressing current operational constraints and near-term planning needs.
Feedback collected during and after events also informed subsequent programme iterations. Attendees identified priorities, including high-speed dedicated internet access, cybersecurity improvement, SD-WAN deployment, and scalable bandwidth options ranging from one gigabit per second to ten gigabits per second and above. These inputs were incorporated into later sessions to maintain alignment with expressed enterprise requirements.
