Green Packet Global wins Wholesale Company Initiative of the Year - Singapore at Asian Telecom Awards

It has gained significant growth and success in its venture into a new market and the formation of strategic partnerships.

The leading Carrier-Neutral wholesaler Green Packet Global took home the Wholesale Company Initiative of the Year - Singapore award at the recently held Asian Telecom Awards for its initiative to venture into the A2P, Data Connectivity, and Data Centre Space markets, expanding its offerings and diversifying its business through a holistic portfolio.

The company has seen significant growth and success in A2P wholesale business, generating US$5m in revenue within its first year of venturing into the market – a testament to the demand for its services and to the customer trust in providing reliable and efficient solutions.

Moreover, it has formed strategic partnerships with leading organisations such as telecom company Etisalat and cloud computing service Tencent Cloud. 

The partnership would be focused on Voice, A2P, and Data Connectivity to serve the Asia region. Etisalat will be providing firewall solutions to bid for A2P outsourced deals from mobile operators in the region.

On the other hand, Green Packet Global’s partnership with Tencent Cloud will focus on the launch of GP Private Cloud. This will enable the company to serve large internal demand in its group of companies whilst also targeting niche markets like government, IT, and telecom companies with unique and custom features.

Green Packet Global also established a new business unit that focuses on business and leisure travellers with its sophisticated and customised 5G e-SIM platform.

Overall, the company is confident that its expansion into A2P, Data Connectivity, and Data Centre Space markets will continue to drive growth and bring value to customers. Along with the diversification of its solutions and further expansion, Green Packet Global has opened up its plans for a public listing in 2024.
