Smart Axiata scores double awards for HR and B2B Excellence

Smart Axiata’s innovation and employee focus earned top honours at the Asian Telecom Awards.

Smart Axiata, the leading ICT solution provider in Cambodia bagged two major titles at the prestigious Asian Telecom Awards 2024. The company was recognised for its successful introduction of 12 innovative products and services aimed at enhancing business operations for customers, whether Large Enterprises or SMEs. Smart Axiata was also honoured for the impact of its HR initiatives in amplifying the voices of every individual in the company fabric.

B2B Client Initiative of the Year

Smart Axiata goes beyond telecom products, offering technology solutions to its customers. The products and services that Smart introduced in September 2023 cover different operational aspects, including connectivity, communications, fleet management, cloud solutions, productivity, and human resources solutions. These are designed to address the evolving demands of businesses in the rapidly changing digital landscape.

The provider also offers Smart CloudPBX, a customer support service, and Smart Hybrid+, a line of plans combining postpaid and prepaid benefits, serving the best of both worlds. 

Additionally, its Smart Fleet Management solution, Smart CheckinMe attendance management system, and Smart Push2Talk durable phones cater to the unique requirements of businesses operating in challenging environments.

Aside from the portfolio of products and services, Smart Axiata has partnered with local digital businesses, fostering the growth of digital business ecosystems to better serve SME customers. 

These offerings have brought significant improvements to connectivity quality, digital security, cost efficiency, and operational safety.

Meanwhile, the company also went out of its way to embrace and honour the cultural mosaic that fuels the organisation through the Smart Cultural Day Initiative, in line with the reverent celebrations of the Pchum Ben Festival.

The initiative encouraged employees to don their traditional attire, a visual feast that painted its offices with colours representing nations far and wide, fostering an atmosphere of unity in diversity. It also made employees prepare and share their traditional dishes.
